Acceptable Use Policy
Fikra Smart is used by children. Keep it safe, lawful and educational. This policy applies to everyone using the Service.
You must not
- Break any law or school/institution rule, or use the Service for non-educational commercial purposes.
- Upload, create or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploits or endangers children, hateful, violent, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or that promotes self-harm, terrorism or drugs.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, or upload content you have no right to use (see Copyright).
- Enter sensitive personal data about students or others, such as health records, ID numbers, religion, biometric data, financial details, or precise location.
- Bully, shame or single out students, or publish student results or images without proper authority and consent.
- Impersonate others, create fake accounts, or share or sell accounts, class codes or PINs.
- Probe, scan, test, overload, or bypass security or usage limits; attempt unauthorised access to accounts or data; or interfere with other users.
- Upload malware, or interactive HTML that tries to steal data, hijack the page, or make unauthorised network requests.
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
- Use AI features to produce disallowed content, to evade safeguards, to generate misleading material about real people, or to automate large volumes of requests.
Teachers' extra duties
- Supervise students and review AI output and shared content.
- Use first names or nicknames for students and obtain required consents.
- Remove content and students when no longer needed.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful content to authorities, with notice where practical. Report violations to support@fikrasmart.com. Serious or repeated violations may end access immediately.
Security testing
Good-faith vulnerability research is welcome under the rules in Security & Incident Response.
